Terms of Services

“We” means Where Local Search trading as “Where Local Search”, ABN 14 373 453 234, and “Us” and “Our” have corresponding meanings; “You” means the party entering into the agreement for Services with Us and includes the party to whom Our estimate is addressed, and any party who gives Us instruction on Your behalf, and the party by whom the final acceptance is accepted, and “Your” has a corresponding meaning.

This privacy policy is solely made to better protect and cover our site and the choice our clients make about the way the information is collected and used. Where Local Search provides Client with Business Listing Optimization Services (hereinafter referred to as “LOCAL SEO”) as described in these terms. we use specific keywords and/or phrases to improve the search engine ranking of, and/or position the contents of the Client's GMB listing. We also do research keywords and phrases to select the most suitable, relevant search terms (up to 5 phrases) Also editing and/or optimization of Google Plus page for keywords, images, and page text as necessary. Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question. We also provide the client with a report which was given out by Google For the purposes of receiving LOCAL SEO services, the Client agrees to give us the following Unlimited access to clients existing Google Plus Page. Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use as deemed necessary by us for business listing optimization purposes. The client permits us to make necessary changes to the client's business listing and the client communicates to us regarding the changes. in the event the client not being able to provide us with electronic textual content we make the content for the client. We will not hold any responsibility for any delays in verification caused by lack of client communication, time taken to extend manager access to existing Google Plus Page, delays in post or not providing the PIN that arrives by post to the client's business address. its client's responsibility to get the listing verified, however, we provide support to our client by contacting Google on behalf of the client. Client understands that any failed or defaulted payments within the duration of time with us, we will, therefore, forfeit the clients right to refunds and timeline guarantees as this affect the SEO completed. Client understands that ranking fluctuations outside of the guarantee period are not subject to refunds as are natural aspects of Google's search engine procedures We work on back end access to the Clients-Google Plus Page for analysis of content and structure.

Privacy Policy

*We collect our client's information such as Name, email, phone number, Business address and access to clients GMB Listing for Local SEO purpose only, we do not give out client's information to any third party.

Fees & Refund policy

*We do not collect or save any payment details such as (bank details/card details) in our database.

Fees

  • The nominated payment method will be charged on a monthly basis to the value agreed at the point of sale.
  • We use a trusted third party to accept payment for Where Local Search. *Default Refund policy on certain products. On Local Search Packages, We guarantee that the client’s business listing will reach the first 10 business listings on Google, for a minimum of one keyword or associated keyword, in the client’s local area as determined by Google Maps, within 60 days from verification date. Failure to do this will entitle the client to a full refund. For clients purchasing the Top 3 Local Search Package, We guarantee that the client’s business listing will reach the first 3 business listings on Google, for a minimum of one keyword or associated keyword, in the client’s local area as determined by Google Maps, within 90 days from verification date. Failure to do this will entitle the client to a full refund of the Top 3 Local Search Package’s setup fee which excludes the monthly fee. *Sales made in person: the day after the agreement is made if the client is not happy with any valid the reason, the client can cancel the contract for any valid reason during the 10 business days. (provided “Where Local search” has not worked on consumers listing within the 10 days, the client is liable for any cost incurred) The client needs to take note of how they can

Cancel the contract

Mailing a written cancellation letter to info@wherelocalsearch.com.au 28 days prior to cancellation and our processing time for payment can be up to 15 days.

  • The nominated payment method will be charged the setup fee to the value agreed at the point of sale. *The client understands that packages involving ranking in surrounding suburbs within a certain radius are subject to availability. We cannot predict the frequency of rank on keywords in surrounding suburbs as this is solely controlled by Google.
  • We will assist in every way possible to manage the client’s reviews online but are not responsible for the content of any reviews posted on the Google Plus page. The client understands that we are unable to delete or edit reviews. *The client understands that Where Local Search is not owned or affiliated with Google. Where Local Search is an independent company specializing in LOCAL SEO services! *All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential *Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, We do not guarantee positions or consistent top 3 positions outside of the guarantee period for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. We will make every effort to maintain a consistent top 3 ranking and minimize fluctuations. *The Business/Client agree that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to us for inclusion in the business listing, are owned by the Business, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend us and our subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements. The fee for the LOCAL SEO services are as per the package selected and all prices are guaranteed for the duration of the time with us. Upgrades and downgrades are permitted at any time with 30 days’ written notice. All fees are paid on a monthly basis until the Client or We provide 30 days written notice of termination. Written notice should be given to info@wherelocalsearch.com.au our services are intended to serve two main purposes: *To provide the Client with increased ranking in the business listings, and *to drive targeted online traffic to the GMB listing

By accepting our services the client/s (Authorized contact to the business) is obliged to accepting our terms and Conditions(Privacy Policy).
